The challenge
FordPass is the companion app for millions of Ford owners — remote lock, vehicle status and charging. The connected-vehicle surface needed to stabilise while features kept shipping at pace.
What we did
We embedded senior engineers into the FordPass team — primarily on iOS, alongside Android — adopting their stack and rituals, and drove a stability programme alongside new feature delivery.
